We just wanted to announce that Chito (drums) and Al (bass) have become official members of Conflict In The Sky. Chito and I have been working together over e-mail and recently in person, since April 07, and Al got involved in early August 07. It's nice to no longer be a one man show!!!
Chito, a Brooklyn native, and the resident whiner of the group, has been playing drums for over 15 years. He has played in numerous other local bands (included "Into The Outro", and a bunch of other ones I'll have to ask him about later since I don't remember). His other talents include smoking like a chimney and wanting to eat every 90 mins (which results in frequent trips to the bathroom).
Al, also a Crooklyn thug, has been playing the bass for 13 years, and is a self-taught producer. He has a home studio that is hot as fuck, and it includes a vocal booth that has walls made of a see-through shower curtain. Sometimes I bring a bar of Dial and a rubber ducky in with me -it really helps capture the mood when recording the vocal tracks.
